Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and providing customized insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will be instrumental in driving sales across our diverse portfolio of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs-based assessments to determine clients' insurance requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and effectively communicate the value of our insurance products to clients.
  • Provide quotes and policy recommendations, ensuring clients understand the benefits of choosing our agency.
  • Follow up relentlessly with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve aggressive sales targets and foster a competitive, high-energy environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate actively in community events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
